  • Hawthorne Valley includes 172 total residences within two adjacent areas
    • Eastern side - 121 homes bordered by Tomahawk Creek Parkway and Roe
    • Western side - 51 homes bordered by Tomahawk Creek Parkway and Nall
  • Responsibilities of Hawthorne Valley include
    • Trash pickup for homeowners
    • Support the Master Association with common area duties
    • Maintain island green spaces within Hawthorne Valley
    • Neighborhood assistance

Hawthorne Community Master Association (Master Association)

  • Master Association consists of eight subsidiary home associations
    • Hawthorne Valley Homes Assoc (34.5%)
    • Hawthorne Lake Apartments (14.2%)
    • Hawthorne Place Homes Assoc (12.4%)
    • Hawthorne Valley Shopping Center (9.4%)
    • Hawthorne View Homes Assoc (9.2%)
    • Hawthorne Terrace Homes Assoc (8.7%)
    • Linden Place Homes Assoc (8.0%)
    • Villa St. Joseph Nursing Facility (3.6%)
  • Primary responsibility of the Master Association is to maintain the “common areas” of Hawthorne, which include
    • Lake- including pedestrian bridge, walking path, fountains, spillway and silt control
    • Tomahawk Creek Parkway medians and neighborhood entrances
    • Masonry walls, fencing and greenspace along Tomahawk Creek Parkway, Roe and Nall; including the bell tower at Roe and sign at Nall
    • Greenspace between east and west Hawthorne Valley
