When are dues collected?
Hawthorne Valley HOA collects dues annually, due by January 15th.

Amount
Dues for the calendar year 2024 are $625.
Annual dues amount is decided in December by the Hathorne Valley board and will be communicated here on our website, via email, and by USPS mail.

Running Late?
Dues received after January 15 will be assessed a $25 late fee.
Dues received after February 15 will be assessed an additional $25 (fee total $50)
What do the Dues fund?
Approximately 60% are passed to the Master Association for maintenance of the common areas
Lake- including pedestrian bridge, walking path, fountains, spillway and silt control
Tomahawk Creek Parkway medians and neighborhood entrances
Masonry walls, fencing and greenspace along Tomahawk Creek Parkway, Roe and Nall; including the bell tower at Roe and sign at Nall
Greenspace area between east and west Hawthorne Valley
Approximately 37% of the dues are directed towards the trash/recycle/yard waste pickup services.
Approximately 3% are spent on administrative fees and maintenance
