Association Dues

When are dues collected?

  • Hawthorne Valley HOA collects dues annually, due by January 15th.  
  • NOTE: Please contact the board at [email protected] if you need assistance.

Amount    

  • Dues for the calendar year 2024 are $625.
  • Annual dues amount is decided in December by the Hathorne Valley board and will be communicated here on our website, via email, and by USPS mail.

Running Late?  

  • Dues received after January 15 will be assessed a $25 late fee.
  • Dues received after February 15 will be assessed an additional $25 (fee total $50)

What do the Dues fund? 

  • Approximately 60% are passed to the Master Association for maintenance of the common areas
    • Lake- including pedestrian bridge, walking path, fountains, spillway and silt control
    • Tomahawk Creek Parkway medians and neighborhood entrances
    • Masonry walls, fencing and greenspace along Tomahawk Creek Parkway, Roe and Nall; including the bell tower at Roe and sign at Nall
    • Greenspace area between east and west Hawthorne Valley
  • Approximately 37% of the dues are directed towards the trash/recycle/yard waste pickup services.
  • Approximately 3% are spent on administrative fees and maintenance
